Procedures/Process:
This is how we normally do once we get an application from a client.
1) We
get required information about the kind of web page that the client
wants via email or face to face, color scheme, preferred kind of
design, the type of web page required.
2) We
worked out the cost and let the client knows. At this time, client
is expected to pay half prices
3) We
design the "Preview" version and send over to the client
for approval, suggestions etc. At this stage, the client can make
a maximum of 3 major changes to the design without incurring extra
costs.
4)
Once approved, we will start to code the design and the Client is
expected to send the remaining payment at this stage
5) Once full payment is received, we will
send over all the source code, original graphics and if the client
requests, upload onto the server as well.
Note: The client can request for 3
major changes to a preview design without incurring extra charges,
the 4th major change will be charged at US$10 each and so forth.
This is easily avoidable if we have a good mutual understanding of
what the client expects on a design.
Payment:
We currently accept Money Order or Check. Please note that money order
and Check will take a few days to clear and payment is considered
only made when they clear.
